By purchasing from K-Beauty Manufacturing Solutions (kbeautymfg.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Description

K-Beauty Manufacturing Solutions provides written advisory services related to Korean cosmetics manufacturing. Services are delivered in writing only — no calls, no video meetings. All responses are delivered within 12 hours of receiving your completed intake form.

Service tiers:

• Fix one thing ($199) — One written answer to one specific manufacturing question
• Resolve connected issues ($499) — Written analysis of multiple connected manufacturing problems
• Full Setup ($5,999+) — End-to-end manufacturing setup, by application only

2. Delivery

After purchase, you will receive an intake form via email. Your written response will be delivered within 12 hours of submitting the completed form. Delivery clock starts upon receipt of your completed form, not at time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of written advisory services, we do not offer refunds once a response has been delivered. If you have not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting sales@obzekorea.com.

If you are unsatisfied with your response, contact us within 7 days and we will provide one revision at no additional charge.

4. Confidentiality

All information you share with us is treated as confidential. We do not share your business details, product information, or manufacturing questions with any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

Written responses are provided for your personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the advisory content without written permission from ObzeKorea Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our advisory service provides information and guidance based on 7+ years of K-beauty manufacturing experience. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from decisions made based on our advice. All business decisions remain your responsibility.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
