Payment. Upon receipt of payment, Obze Korea Inc. shall begin assigning personnel to the project and may contact the Client with additional questions regarding the product development brief.

Cancellation & refund. The Service Fee is non-refundable after payment, as it covers the development planning meeting, preparatory work, and resources allocated to the Client’s project.

Before you start

What does the $199 include?
For one product: lab samples, INCI list, production quote, packaging and MOQ review, risk check and timeline. Shipping at cost.
Do I have to manufacture?
No. You decide after reviewing samples and the quote. The deposit is non-refundable if you don’t proceed.
How does the deposit credit work?
Fully credited to that product’s first production order. Non-refundable if you don’t produce.
Are other services credited toward production?
No. Each service has its own page and checkout, and is not credited toward production.
When do I send my brief?
Right after payment. A short form opens on the confirmation page, and the link is also in your confirmation email.
When will I receive samples?
About 2 weeks after your brief is confirmed, then sent by courier. Shipping billed at cost.

REFUND POLICY

The Service Fee ($199 per product) is non-refundable after payment, as it covers the development planning meeting, preparatory work, and resources allocated to the Client’s project. It is credited in full to that product’s first production order. Sample shipping is billed at cost. Other services (sourcing, testing and fragrance development) are charged separately and are not credited toward production.
