When will I receive samples?: About 2 weeks after your brief is confirmed, then sent by courier. Shipping billed at cost.
What can I adjust?: Texture, feel and ingredients — within what is stable, safe and allowed in your market.
What is the minimum order?: Usually from 1,000 units per product. Sheet masks and acne patches start higher. Your quote shows the exact figures.
